Pre-Order and Launch Shipping

Taplings products are not yet available for purchase. When we launch:

Early-access list members will receive notification of the purchase window ahead of general availability.
Shipping timescales will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
Pre-order customers will receive email updates on production and despatch progress.

Estimated Delivery Timescales

Estimated timescales will be published at launch. As a guide, we aim for:

United Kingdom: 2–5 working days from despatch.
Europe: 5–10 working days from despatch.
USA & Canada: 7–14 working days from despatch.
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 working days from despatch.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to offer competitive rates and may offer free shipping promotions at launch.

Tracking

All orders will be sent with tracking information. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been despatched.

Customs and Import Duties
