Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in Taplings. As we are in our pre-launch phase, specific shipping information will be confirmed ahead of our first product drop. The details below outline our planned shipping approach.

Pre-Order and Launch Shipping

Taplings products are not yet available for purchase. When we launch:

  • Early-access list members will receive notification of the purchase window ahead of general availability.
  • Shipping timescales will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
  • Pre-order customers will receive email updates on production and despatch progress.

Shipping Regions

We plan to ship to the following regions at launch:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • United States and Canada
  • Australia and New Zealand

Additional regions may be added over time. If your country is not listed, please contact us at taplingss@gmail.com to express interest.

Estimated Delivery Timescales

Estimated timescales will be published at launch. As a guide, we aim for:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days from despatch.
  • Europe: 5–10 working days from despatch.
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 working days from despatch.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 working days from despatch.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to offer competitive rates and may offer free shipping promotions at launch.

Tracking

All orders will be sent with tracking information. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been despatched.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timescale, please contact us at taplingss@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
